Maintain accurate records of inventory levels in sub-stores, including raw materials, components, and supplies.
Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks to ensure data accuracy.
Monitor inventory levels to determine when to reorder materials and supplies.
Collaborate with Supply chain to ensure timely restocking of sub-stores.
Ensure that all incoming materials meet quality standards and are properly labelled and stored.
Coordinate the issuance of materials to production teams based on production schedules and demand.
Optimize sub-store layouts for efficient material retrieval and storage.
Implement 5S principles and ensure a clean and organized sub-store environment.
Supervise sub-store staff, including material handlers and clerks.
Report any safety concerns or incidents to the appropriate authorities.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost-saving measures within sub-stores.
Generate regular reports on sub-store inventory levels, material issuance, and any discrepancies.
Ensure sub-store operations comply with relevant industry regulations and company policies.
Execute activities related to his/her function in safe and environmental methods.
