Arab Medical Relief announces a job vacancy as follows:
Center Manager Job Title 1.
Centers and Clinics Location 2.
Develop and implement administrative work plans for the center and supervise daily operations.
Supervise administrative and medical staff and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Ensure the quality of healthcare services provided to beneficiaries and monitor the implementation of operational protocols.
Prepare periodic administrative, financial, and medical reports and submit them to management.
Follow up on the operational needs of the center, including medical equipment, medications, and supplies, and submit procurement and maintenance requests.
Coordinate with official authorities and organizations operating in the camp and attend relevant meetings.
Follow up on staff affairs (attendance, leave, performance evaluation, and capacity development).
Supervise medication inventory management and ensure proper storage according to approved regulations.
Follow up on licenses and permits required for the center’s operations and coordinate entry permits for staff and visiting delegations.
Contribute to implementing community health awareness and education activities.
Perform any other related duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Work as a General Practitioner two days per week in addition to administrative duties. Key Responsibilities 3.
Bachelor’s degree in Medicine.
Valid license to practice issued by the Ministry of Health. Qualification 4.
At least 5 years of experience in the medical field, including 2 years in an administrative or supervisory role. Experiences 5.
Must be a Jordanian citizen.
Must be medically fit for the position.
Must hold a valid professional practice license. Conditions 6.
Strong leadership and administrative skills with the ability to manage a team.
Strong planning, organization, and work-follow-up skills.
Effective communication and coordination skills with different stakeholders.
Ability to prepare reports, solve problems, and make decisions. Skills 7.
