Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team at MFI. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and attracting top talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for the organization. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal departments to understand their staffing needs.
- Utilize various channels and platforms to source potential candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment, with a minimum of 5 years in the field.
- Strong understanding of human resources best practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in relevant recruitment tools and platforms.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
