Build a Continuous communication with painters and develop the relations with them. 
Train and coordinate to conduct direct and indirect training courses for painters.
 Submit periodic reports of competitors in market in terms of prices, offers, new products, campaigns, and advertising, by eliciting this information from painters.
 Document the data of each painter in all sales channels on the CRM program and making sure that it is entered daily.
 Study the items that the painters pull off and identify the items that are in a little demand. 
Supervisor the painter’s registration to the system, extract their sales on a weekly basis, and communicate with those who have not made the purchase for 20 days.
 Organize painters gathering parties as requested by the direct manager.
 Provide each workplace construction with marketing advertising tools.
 Notify the painters of new products and coordinate to have reminder campaigns for old products.
 Measure the painter’s satisfaction feedback of the company's products, collecting their comments, and report them to the management. 
Make monthly reports of all changes to painters.
 Attract new painters who do not deal with Jazeera Paints.
 Executes activities related to his/her function in safe and environmental methods.
 To perform any other duties assigned by his direct supervisor / manager
