Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused IT HelpDesk professional to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to user inquiries via phone, email, or in-person regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests, actions taken, and resolutions provided.
  • Assist in the setup and deployment of new equipment and software.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on various IT applications and best practices.
  • Monitor and ensure the security of IT systems and data.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and support procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT support or HelpDesk roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or similar are preferred.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
