Job Vacancy – Human Resources Officer
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate or with limited experience.
- Preferably holds a degree in Human Resources or Accounting.
- Preferably a resident of Zarqa City.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.
- Proficient in computer programs (such as Excel and Word).
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in all Human Resources department operations, including:
- Organizing and updating employee files.
- Monitoring attendance, leaves, and time tracking.
- Preparing monthly HR reports.
- Supporting daily administrative operations.
- Internal coordination between departments.
- Contributing to improving the work environment and enhancing internal communication.
Work Location: Zarqa
Working Dayes: From Sunday to Thursday
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
