OVERVIEW
 We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create amazing user experiences. 
The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful web design.
 They should also have superior user interface design skills. 
The successful candidate should be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts.
 They should be able to transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs.
 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
Executes all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering, following our internal procedures. 
Conceptualizes original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks. 
Collaborate with the design team, project managers, marketers, and clients to achieve the best design concepts for various websites and platforms.
 Creates wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to communicate interaction and design ideas. 
Presents designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
 Gathers design requirements directly from clients and stakeholders.
Establishes and promotes design guidelines, best practices, and standards Designs creative assets for articles, digital signage, brochures, infographics, and emails.
 Plans site design by clarifying goals and designing functionality. 
Develops site navigation by categorizing content and research, funneling traffic through content. 
Develops site content and graphics by coordinating with copywriters and graphic artists, designing images, icons, banners, and audio enhancements, and researching website trends whenever needed. 
Maintains site appearance by developing and enforcing content and display standards. 
Provides information and stays updated by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends through research. Leads in the brainstorming and creation of concepts.
 Other duties as assigned based on department needs. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 
Native/Fluent English skills. 
5 years of experience in UI/UX Design. 
Proven & professional experience using Figma. 
Portfolio of UX-driven projects. Familiarity with content management systems. 
Bachelor’s degree in Animation & Computer Graphics, Computer Science, or a related field. 

REQUIRED DESIGN COMPETENCIES: 
Excellent ideation and design conceptualization skills. 
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. 
Excellent understanding of Atomic Design & Design Systems Development. 
Excellent quantitative & qualitative research skills. Strong data synthetization skills. 
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
Strong workshop facilitation skills. 

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: 
Familiarity with Adobe suite is preferred.
 Understanding & Familiarity with Drupal & Storybook. 
Basic programming knowledge, including HTML & CSS Experience in using hotjar, clarity, optimalWorkshop, etc..
