Shaker Group is a leading Saudi company in the air conditioning and home appliances sector. It is the exclusive importer and distributor of several international brands and the sole agent for LG Air Conditioners in Saudi Arabia. 
The Position Purpose:
The VRF Technician role is to ensure efficient installation and maintenance of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance, compliance with standards, and strong client support.
Responsibilities:
•  Conduct Testing and commissioning of HVAC systems—primarily VRF to ensure they meet operational standards and client requirements.
•   Prepare and distribute Testing and commissioning reports, including Field Event Stage 4 (FE4) to keep stakeholders informed and support clear, accurate project communication.
•   Oversee the (HO) of HVAC systems by coordinating with sales engineers, field engineers, and project managers to ensure a smooth transition and high customer satisfaction.
•  Provide field service support before project handover, including troubleshooting, repairs, and operational guidance to ensure system readiness and promptly resolve any issues.
•  Conduct performance tuning and verify HVAC system efficiency post-installation to maximize energy efficiency and long-term system reliability.
•  Complete and submit all commissioning and handover documentation accurately and on time to ensure compliance with project and quality standards.
•  Train clients and end users on basic system operation and maintenance to promote user confidence and reduce post-installation support needs.
•  Collaborate with the Technical Support and After-Sales teams to address client feedback and escalate complex issues when necessary to ensure continuous service improvement and customer satisfaction.
•   Stay updated on VRF technologies, tools, and protocols through ongoing technical training to maintain high technical proficiency and adapt to system advancements.
•   Follow all safety procedures and site regulations to maintain a safe work environment and reduce the risk of incidents.
•    Maintain tools, testing equipment, and service vehicles in proper working conditions to ensure reliability and preparedness for field service tasks.
•    Provide technical input during site surveys and pre-installation meetings to support accurate planning and ensure successful system implementation.
•    Adhere to all company policies and procedures while promoting high standards.

Requirements:
• High school Diploma or equivalent 
• HVAC Certification is preferred 
• 5 years’ experience in HVAC operation and maintenance. 
• 2-3 years in VRF troubleshooting, VRF system installation, supervision, and commissioning. 
• Basic knowledge of DDC and BMS systems. 
•Strong English communication skills (verbal, written, and reading). 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and documentation.
