We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor, Production to oversee daily operations in our slaughterhouse facility. The successful candidate will ensure production processes are efficient, compliant with safety and quality standards, and aligned with company goals. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of food safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production team to meet daily production targets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards and minimize waste.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Train and develop team members to improve productivity and safety awareness.
- Collaborate with quality assurance and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain accurate production records and report on performance metrics.
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the production area in accordance with industry standards.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for raw materials.Qualifications:
