Position: Project Officer
Location: Amman, Jordan 
Job Purpose:  The Project Officer plays a key supporting role in the full project lifecycle, from planning and documentation to coordination, reporting, and client communication.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow in project management within a fast-paced software and fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and executing project activities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, Product, Support, DevOps).
Prepare and update project documentation, schedules, and task lists.
Track progress, follow up on action items, and ensure timely task completion.
Facilitate internal and client meetings; prepare meeting minutes and follow-ups.
Support in managing project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Ensure projects are delivered according to scope, quality standards, and timelines.
Help maintain project management tools (Jira, Confluence, internal trackers).
Provide regular project status updates to managers and stakeholders.
Assist in quality checks, UAT coordination, and deployment preparations.
 Required Qualifications 
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in project coordination or project support (fresh graduates with strong skills may be considered).
Basic understanding of software development processes.
Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar).
Strong organizational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic fintech environment.
Strong follow-up skills and willingness to learn and grow within the Delivery function.
