Job Description
 We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive F&B Assistant Operations Manager to support the daily operations of our Food & Beverage department. In this role, you will assist in managing the overall operations, ensuring high-quality service, and delivering an outstanding experience to our guests. You will work closely with the F&B Operations Manager to oversee team performance, enhance operational efficiency, and maintain the highest standards of service and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the F&B Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations of all F&B outlets.
Ensure that all F&B services meet the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
Supervise and support F&B staff, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and perform at their best.
Monitor inventory and order supplies to maintain optimal stock levels, ensuring minimal waste and cost control.
Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Assist in the development and implementation of F&B promotions and events.
Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across all F&B outlets.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
Collaborate with the F&B Operations Manager to prepare budgets, analyze financial performance, and meet profitability goals.
Prepare reports on daily operations, staff performance, and guest feedback for management.
Provide support in recruitment, training, and team development within the F&B department.
Assist in managing special events, banquets, and catering operations when required.
Perform additional tasks as directed by the F&B Operations Manager.
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of F&B operations, customer service, and safety standards.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Preferred Skills/Experience
Experience in managing a large-scale F&B operation is a plus.
Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
Previous experience in event planning and management is an advantage.
Strong focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Ability to inspire and lead a team while maintaining a positive working environment.
