Job Title: Technical Support Engineer – Level 1

What You’ll Do:
✔ Provide technical support for software applications and system environments.
✔ Troubleshoot server-to-server communication issues across secure networks.
✔ Work closely with internal teams to resolve technical problems efficiently.
✔ Investigate and resolve issues related to SQL/T-SQL queries and databases.
✔ Support and maintain Windows operating systems and configurations.
✔ Assist in system integrations and deployments, ensuring seamless operations.
✔ Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to technical knowledge bases.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
✔ Up to 4 years of experience in Technical Support or a similar role.
✔ Strong understanding of Windows OS, system administration, and server configuration.
✔ Experience with Databases (MS SQL, T-SQL) and performance troubleshooting.
✔ Solid grasp of computer science fundamentals—data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and software design.
✔ Understanding of networking concepts, virtual networks, and communication/data encryption technologies.
✔ Ability to troubleshoot access control between virtual networks and secure systems.
✔ Excellent technical problem-solving and communication skills.
Bonus Points If You Have:
🔹 Familiarity with front-end technologies like JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, CSS, HTML5, Bootstrap.
🔹 Knowledge of cybersecurity practices, especially encryption methods and secure communications.
🔹 Experience in the fintech or financial services sector.
