Role Purpose

Project Scope Lead, progress control, Scope quality, Resources & Mobilization and Manage logistics requirements up on project needs. 

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  • Direct interface with the customer for the scope & Waseela project manager, schedule, progress control, quality up on end client stander, scope validation and handover and invoicing, change request. etc.
  • Daily and weekly reports generation for internal and external stockholders up on project demands.
  • Project control in terms of scope creeping, non-contractual scope, violation prevention.
  • Close follow up and facilitation to meet the schedule deadline and cost control within the agreed given project budget.
  • Manage the stakeholders' engagements and ensure their satisfactions.
  • Manage and control the procurement and inventory related to the project.
  • Follow up, manages all project deliverables, requirements, and carried resources for delivery control.
  • Following up with concerned logistics team for project material shipping, clearances and delivery to stock.
  • Managing the project materials handling, release, return and inventory managements in addition to contractual RMA management with the concerned vendor technical support.
  • Preparing & following up project implementation plan with the teams, customer and management.
  • Manage and solve problems on a day-to-day basis and ensure impediments facilitation for smooth project delivery within the committed deadline and quality KPI’s.
  • Coordinate with customer's Team leaders & managers to improve the project deliverables and clearing outstanding items.
  • Coordination with the project managers & field operation for implementation of the project/clearing blocking issues.
  • Mange field team and daily plan for them, and supporting the 24/7 [support during MDT activities as well], send daily, weekly, monthly report to direct manager
  • Should have good technical support and knowledge for different telecom vendors in order to provide and help field teams with required technical support.
  • Follow up with the client for acceptance documentation, preparation, processes and validation for scope handover and provide the documents required for invoicing. 
  • Managing all team related issue including, tools, material, mobilization requirements, overtime and on-call duties and daily tasks assignments and follow up.
  • Follow up project quality and progress and take the needed measurements by schedule On-Site visits to verify the progress and team compliance. 
  • Working with HR in order to clear any impediments and facilitate issues would affect team progress and mobilization or any other related logistics issues.
