The Project Engineer is responsible to oversee day-to-day progress, supervising work execution on-site, and ensures timely preparation and submission of daily reports.
Responsibilities:
Manage the delivery of Ajeek’s assigned projects, ensuring effective coordination, timely execution, and compliance with organizational objectives
Supervise on-site operations to ensure project activities are progressing according to plan.
Prepare and submit daily reports on project status, highlighting progress, challenges, and required actions.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain workflow efficiency.
Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Support management in identifying potential challenges and providing solutions to mitigate risks.
Facilitate client meetings to provide updates and gather feedback, strengthening client relationships.
Lead project close-out activities to finalize deliverables and documentation, ensuring a smooth transition to the client.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures while promoting high standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Professional certification in Project Management, e.g., PMP or equivalent, is preferred.
2–3 years of relevant experience in project supervision or site work.
Knowledge in HVAC.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
