Job Summary:
  The Holiday Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of holiday packages and travel arrangements for clients. This role involves ensuring that all holiday services meet high standards of quality and customer satisfaction while managing a team and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver exceptional travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage holiday packages, including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
  • Collaborate with travel partners, such as hotels, airlines, and tour operators, to secure the best rates and services for holiday packages.
  • Coordinate all aspects of holiday bookings, from initial inquiry to final confirmation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide expert advice and personalized recommendations to clients based on their preferences and travel needs.
  • Monitor and manage the holiday booking process, including handling changes, cancellations, and special requests.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any issues or concerns that arise during the holiday experience.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to develop new and innovative holiday packages and improve existing offerings.
  • Manage the holiday team, providing training, support, and guidance to ensure exceptional performance and customer service.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote holiday packages and attract new clients.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for holiday packages, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to promote holiday packages through various channels, including social media, email, and advertising.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, travel regulations, and emerging destinations to provide up-to-date information and recommendations to clients.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to holiday management, including reporting, documentation, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
