Job Description
 We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented Bus Boy to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring smooth restaurant operations and providing an exceptional guest experience. Under the guidance of the Restaurant Manager or Deputy, the Bus Boy plays a key role in maintaining cleanliness, delivering dishes, and supporting the service team to exceed guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Promptly transport prepared dishes from the kitchen to the service team.
Clear tables and organize used plates, ensuring they are prepared for washing.
Polish and prepare service items, ensuring they meet quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in workstations and service areas.
Support the team with timely and efficient workflow to enhance guest satisfaction.
Provide a friendly and attentive service attitude, prioritizing guest comfort.
Report any guest complaints or hazards to supervisors promptly.
Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating and fostering trust.
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is a plus but not required.
Preferred Skills/Experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and eager to learn.
Knowledge of basic restaurant operations is an advantage.
