Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Dammam. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, with a particular focus on payroll administration, employee records management, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. This role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to handle sensitive information effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, bonuses, and allowances to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies related to payroll and employee management.
- Coordinate with finance and accounting departments to reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare payroll reports and summaries for management review.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes as needed.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
- Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and programs to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in payroll administration within Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and payroll regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software systems.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in payroll or HR management (e.g., SHRM, CIPD).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
