Job Summary: 
We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Production Line Installation & Maintenance Technician to join our technical team in Amman, Jordan. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth installation, operation, and maintenance of production lines in the food, detergent, and packaging sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial automation, spare parts, and technical troubleshooting, with the ability to deliver high-quality service and ensure equipment reliability. 
Key Responsibilities:
Install, operate, and maintain industrial production lines with a focus on food, detergent, and packaging sectors.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults to minimize downtime.
Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure equipment operates efficiently.
Prepare clear technical documentation and service reports.
Coordinate with clients and suppliers to provide professional technical support.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across all operations.
Work with automation systems, BMS (Building Management Systems), and CIP (Clean-in-Place) systems.
Perform production line programming and adjustments when required.
Manage and track spare parts usage and inventory.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term cooperation.
Qualifications & Requirements: 
Diploma or B.A. in Engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with industrial production lines or similar systems.
Hands-on experience with automation, BMS, CIP systems, and spare parts.
Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Willingness to travel when required by operational needs.
