Nova Call Center Services is looking for a pricing specialist responsible for reviewing invoices entered by store managers, manage pricing and product records, and support data accuracy across stores. 

Key Accountabilities:
Perform heavy data entry in price book accounting software. 
Review and analyze vendor and inventory invoices entered at the retail store level, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOPs. 
Assist with changes in retail prices and costs. 
Provide support in updating promotional information in the price book database and notify stores as necessary. 
Run and review PriceBook reports weekly and/or monthly, analyze data, and report findings to management. 
Analyze reports and support the merchandise team.
Communicate timely and effectively with Vendors, Accounting, IT, and Retail to resolve problems.
 
Qualifications: 
Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Knowledge of the Retail industry is preferred. 
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Data Entry 10-Key).
