Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee engineering projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while managing teams, budgets, and stakeholder expectations to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage project scope, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Lead, motivate, and manage project teams to achieve project objectives.
- Communicate project progress, issues, and solutions to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the engineering industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- PMP or equivalent certification.
- Experience working in the Middle East region.
