HSE Project officer 
 
Location:   Riyadh,  Saudi Arabia
 
 
We are seeking HSE Project officer  to join our  project involving pump-house overhaul, filtration upgrades, SCADA integration, and firefighting system improvement.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor HSE plans in line with Aramco & JIG standards.
Supervise mechanical works (pump refurbishment, piping, testing, commissioning).
Conduct inspections, prepare TBT, and maintain HSE documentation.
Lead safety meetings, risk assessments, and ensure Permit-to-Work compliance.
Coordinate with client, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure safety requirements .
 
Qualifications:
 
B.Sc. in Engineering /Science / Safety or related field.
 
5 years + HSE experience in Oil & Gas, refineries, or aviation projects.
 
Familiar with Aramco SMS  standards.
 
Certifications: 
NEBOSH level 3 minimum  (mandatory )
OSHA / ISO 9001 and  45001 Auditor are preferred .
