The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of hospitality staff. This role requires a passionate professional with a strong background in the hospitality industry and a proven ability to train and motivate teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement training programs tailored to the hospitality industry.
Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing staff to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
Assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Provide coaching and mentorship to staff to foster professional growth.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into training modules.
Collaborate with management to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Hospitality Trainer or similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, customer service, and industry standards.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to motivate and engage learners effectively.
Relevant certifications in training or hospitality are preferred.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
Ability to travel within Lebanon for training sessions if required.
