Responsible for all safety, Quality, productivity and 5S related tasks & issues along with the Production Engineer.
Implementation of daily production plan.
Work deployment & man, machine, material handling.
Monitoring & controlling the Production line and section related activities.
Communicate the line or sectional related issues to the Production Engineer for necessary action.
Control the Material (RM, PM) proactive arrangements in coordination with the stores section.
Ensure the receipt & consumption of the RM and PM as per the BOM/Recipe.
Create the production related reports & maintaining the records.
Trouble shoot the issues in line
Responsible for safe start up and shutdown activities in line
Responsible for SHOTO (Shift Handover/Takeover) on shift related activities
Performing basic MRP or ERP production (sectional) related transactions.
SAP ERP experience on production execution module.
Internal Communication with the supporting sections to address & resolve the issues.
Adherence to the Company’s QHSE policy, standards and approved operating procedures while performing the duties / tasks.
Executes activities related to his/her function in safe and environmental methods.
