Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development & Execution:
    • Lead the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies aligned with the group’s overall objectives.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to define the group’s digital marketing goals and KPIs.
    • Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, SEO/SEM, email, content marketing, paid advertising).
  • Team Leadership:
    • Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
    • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., design, content, analytics) to ensure cohesive campaign execution and brand consistency.
  • Digital Advertising:
    • Plan, implement, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, display ads, etc.) across multiple platforms to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
    • Manage the digital advertising budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources to achieve the highest ROI.
  • SEO & SEM Management:
    • Oversee SEO strategy and execution, optimizing the group’s websites for organic search visibility and traffic.
    • Lead SEM campaigns, optimizing paid search performance and managing bidding strategies to ensure competitive ad placements.
  • Content Creation & Strategy:
    • Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that supports lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness across digital platforms.
    • Work closely with the creative team to produce high-quality content (blog posts, videos, infographics, etc.) for various digital channels.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Analyze data from digital campaigns and provide detailed performance reports to leadership.
    • Use tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing analytics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize future campaigns.
    • Conduct A/B testing and continually refine marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Brand & Community Engagement:
    • Build and nurture online communities, leveraging social media platforms to interact with audiences and foster brand loyalty.
    • Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all digital marketing channels.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and ensure the company remains competitive in the digital space.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role within a large organization.
    • Proven experience in leading and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
    • Strong background in SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and data analytics.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot, Hootsuite, etc.).
    • Advanced knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
    • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
    • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
