Lead the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies aligned with the group’s overall objectives.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define the group’s digital marketing goals and KPIs.
Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, SEO/SEM, email, content marketing, paid advertising).
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., design, content, analytics) to ensure cohesive campaign execution and brand consistency.
Digital Advertising:
Plan, implement, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, display ads, etc.) across multiple platforms to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
Manage the digital advertising budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources to achieve the highest ROI.
SEO & SEM Management:
Oversee SEO strategy and execution, optimizing the group’s websites for organic search visibility and traffic.
Lead SEM campaigns, optimizing paid search performance and managing bidding strategies to ensure competitive ad placements.
Content Creation & Strategy:
Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that supports lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness across digital platforms.
Work closely with the creative team to produce high-quality content (blog posts, videos, infographics, etc.) for various digital channels.
Analytics & Reporting:
Analyze data from digital campaigns and provide detailed performance reports to leadership.
Use tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing analytics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize future campaigns.
Conduct A/B testing and continually refine marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
Brand & Community Engagement:
Build and nurture online communities, leveraging social media platforms to interact with audiences and foster brand loyalty.
Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all digital marketing channels.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and ensure the company remains competitive in the digital space.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role within a large organization.
Proven experience in leading and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Strong background in SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and data analytics.
