Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Qualification: Actively engage with inbound inquiries, qualifying leads swiftly and accurately. Conduct research to evaluate prospect needs, identify decision-makers, and determine buying readiness. Prioritize and manage opportunities in the CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring comprehensive documentation of interactions and next steps.
  2. CRM and Pipeline Management: Maintain up-to-date and detailed records of all prospect interactions, ensuring data integrity within HubSpot.
  3. Collaboration Across Business Development: Partner closely with Business Development Executives to transition qualified leads seamlessly into the sales process.
  4. Proposal Development: Prepare and develop customized proposals and RFP responses by gathering client intelligence and preliminary requirement analysis. Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure proposals are tailored to client needs, highlight Vardot’s value proposition, and adhere to branding and quality standards. Manage proposal deadlines and coordinate inputs from various stakeholders to deliver polished and timely submissions.
  5. Continuous Improvement and Reporting
  6. Contribute to the refinement of lead qualification criteria and sales processes based on data-driven insights.

Requirements:

  1. 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, lead development, or business development roles, ideally within the technology, or digital services sectors.
  2. Excellent English written and verbal communication abilities.
  3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  4. Analytical mindset with attention to detail, especially in proposal writing and documentation.
  5. Highly proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
