We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant specializing in Procurement to join our dynamic team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the procurement process through accurate financial recording, invoice processing, and supplier account management to ensure seamless operations within our food services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and processing of procurement invoices and payments.
Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and supplier accounts.
Support the procurement team in verifying purchase orders and receipts.
Reconcile procurement-related accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate financial documentation.
Assist in preparing financial reports related to procurement activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Prior experience in accounting or procurement is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
