Analysis of main issues on daily basis impacting machine performances related to mechanical/Electrical and developing right actions to address and improve further 
Perform daily PM (Preventive maintenance) tasks on machines as per plan 
Gather the defects/tags form machine, analyse defects, prepare plan to eradicate 
Identify material and spare part requirements 
Reduce the Minor stops of the machine and report causes. 
Coordinate and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance, raise requests for equipment defects. 
Maintain all machinery in line with manufacturer’s standards and in line with planned maintenance programs. 
Troubleshoot any equipment problems or performance issues and implement repairs or improvements as identified and agreed by direct manager or Supervisor. 
Carry out predictive maintenance checks on all machinery as directed. 
Ensure all regular checks and maintenance requirements are carried out on machines. 
Must be able to read, understand and follow machinery handbooks and technical details/specifications. 
Assist the team on new machine installations. Execute activities related to his/her function in safe and environmental methods. Perform any other job-related activities as directed by the line manager
