Responsibilities and Duties
Control and monitor the entry and exit of employees and visitors through the facility gates in an organized and secure manner.
Verify visitor and vehicle identities, ensuring adherence to established safety protocols.
Monitor security systems and surveillance cameras, promptly reporting any violations or suspicious activities.
Coordinate with security teams and management to secure the work environment and ensure the safety of all personnel within the facility.
Ensure daily enforcement of security policies and procedures, documenting any incidents or relevant observations.
Assist in emergency and risk management operations when necessary, including evacuation procedures or emergency support.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum high school diploma; experience in security or guarding is preferred.
Ability to interact professionally with the public and communicate effectively with team members and visitors.
Strong punctuality and accuracy in task execution.
High observational skills and the ability to remain calm and effective during emergencies.
Good knowledge of security and safety procedures applicable in Saudi Arabia.
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
