Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Female Hairdresser/Hairstylist to join our team at Nail Station Salon Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern and classic hairstyling techniques, with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and hygiene.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, highlights, treatments, blow-drying, and updos.
Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and recommend suitable hairstyles or treatments.
Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative services.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation in compliance with salon health and safety regulations.
Suggest appropriate hair care products and treatments to clients for home use.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Work collaboratively with the salon team to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Hairdresser/Hairstylist in a salon environment.
Professional training or certification in hairdressing.
Strong knowledge of hair care products, coloring techniques, and styling tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Must be female (as per role requirement).
Transferable Visa Mandatory.
