Flooring and Waterproofing Sales Key Account Executive

1. Key Account Management:
   - Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients in the flooring and waterproofing sectors.
   - Act as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
   - Understand the clients’ needs and propose suitable flooring and waterproofing solutions to meet their requirements.
   - Monitor and ensure timely delivery of products and services to key accounts.
   - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects for key clients.
2. Sales Strategy & Business Development:
   - Implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for flooring and waterproofing products.
   - Identify new business opportunities within key accounts and the broader market, driving revenue growth.
   - Assist in market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
3. Product Knowledge & Solutions Selling:
   - Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and products in the flooring and waterproofing industry.
   - Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients regarding product specifications, applications, and benefits.
4. Negotiation & Contract Management:
   - Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients while maintaining profitability for the company, as per company’s policy.
5. Sales Reporting & Analytics:
   - Monitor sales performance and prepare reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market conditions.
   - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide updates to senior management regarding sales progress and challenges.
   - Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and pipeline development.
6. Collaboration & Teamwork:
   - Work closely with internal teams, including operations, logistics, and project management, to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions to clients.
   - Participate in regular team meetings to align sales efforts and share best practices.
7. Customer Support & After-Sales Service:
   - Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any post-sale concerns and ensuring the proper maintenance of long-term relationships.
   - Follow up with clients after the completion of sales to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Executes activities related to his/her function in safe and environmental methods.
