Job Title: Sales Branch Manager 

Job Purpose:

To lead and manage the sales branch operations within the Modern Trade channel (hypermarkets, supermarket chains, and key retail accounts), ensuring achievement of sales targets, profitability, and strong customer relationships in line with company strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day sales branch operations and ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans specific to the Modern Trade channel.
  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team; set KPIs and monitor performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key Modern Trade customers and retail chains.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, promotions, and trade terms.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, planogram execution, and in-store promotions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities; provide insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare and present periodic sales reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in sales, with proven experience in Modern Trade.
  • Previous experience in managing sales teams and branch operations.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and customer management skills.
  • Solid analytical, planning, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems; SAP experience is preferred.
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work in the field as required.
