- Supervising and monitoring preparatory exams (PREP EXAMS) prior to the commencement of the Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission examinations.
- Withdrawing and distributing weekly study schedules along with attendance sheets, archiving them in coordination with the responsible instructor.
- Following up on make-up lecture schedules and informing the Chief Ground Instructors of any violations in their implementation.
- Inspecting classrooms daily before students arrive and after they leave (cleanliness, teaching aids), and coordinating with the concerned departments when necessary.
- Archiving student files, whether electronic or paper-based, and storing them in the designated location
- Following up on administrative matters in the Academic Training / Aviation Department and maintenance requests with the relevant departments.
- Maintaining and updating instructors’ files, whether electronic or paper-based.
- Coordinating and following up on all student field visits with the relevant authorities.
- Preparing student name lists and coordinating with the warehouse and printing office to provide students with all materials, uniforms, and books (electronic or paper-based) prior to the start of the study phase.
- Assisting the academy’s liaison officer with the Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission in assigned duties when necessary.
