Qualifications and Requirements
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in the related field.
At least 3 years of experience in educational work, with practical background in supervision or educational leadership.
Good knowledge of curricula and modern teaching methods that keep pace with global educational developments.
High leadership, administrative, and organizational skills to develop an effective and progressive school environment.
Ability to manage human resources and build effective, collaborative teams to achieve the school’s objectives.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, parents, and the local community to foster a productive educational environment.
Proficiency in using technology in administration and teaching to continuously improve the quality of education and school management.
