Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor for our Breeders Production Farm located in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will oversee daily farm operations, ensure optimal breeding practices, maintain high standards of animal health and welfare, and coordinate with team members to achieve production targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of poultry breeding, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily activities of the breeders production farm to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor and maintain the health, welfare, and productivity of breeding stock.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for breeding, feeding, and housing.
- Coordinate with veterinary services and ensure timely health checks and vaccinations.
- Manage and train farm staff, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of breeding, production, and health data.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute production schedules.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in poultry breeding or farm supervision.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to farm operations.
