Talent Acquisition Specialist

 Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process (from sourcing to onboarding).
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to proactively source qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with external recruitment agencies, including international partners, to source hard-to-find or specialized talent.
  • Post jobs, manage applications, and track candidates using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Screen CVs, conduct phone interviews, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, collecting feedback and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudization targets by prioritizing local talent acquisition.
  • Prepare and send job offers and follow up on onboarding requirements. 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi labor market and job platforms.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of Saudization regulations and government hiring policies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (verbal and written).
