Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process (from sourcing to onboarding).
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to proactively source qualified candidates.
Collaborate with external recruitment agencies, including international partners, to source hard-to-find or specialized talent.
Post jobs, manage applications, and track candidates using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Screen CVs, conduct phone interviews, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, collecting feedback and ensuring timely follow-up.
Ensure compliance with Saudization targets by prioritizing local talent acquisition.
Prepare and send job offers and follow up on onboarding requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
Strong understanding of the Saudi labor market and job platforms.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Knowledge of Saudization regulations and government hiring policies is a plus.
Proficiency in English and Arabic (verbal and written).
