Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a B2B sales professional with expertise in chemical materials, who excels in building strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and overseeing international trade operations effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients in the chemical materials industry to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities, expand market reach, and develop sales strategies that align with our organizational goals to achieve revenue targets.  
  • Manage export-import transactions, negotiate with suppliers, and coordinate logistics to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Develop competitive pricing strategies and successfully negotiate contracts to maximize profitability and market share while meeting client expectations.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to support strategic decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations, ensure timely product delivery, and enhance customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • B.A. in Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in B2B international sales within the chemical materials sector; especially in raw materials.
  • Proven track record in international trade, logistics, supplier management, and market dynamics in chemical trading.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build strong client relationships and communicate effectively with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English is required, with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market trends, identify risks, and develop strategies to improve sales performance.
