Job Description
 We are looking for a welcoming, energetic, and professional Host to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable from the moment they enter. You will manage reservations, greet guests, and coordinate seating arrangements to ensure an efficient and enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Answer the phone in a professional manner and take reservations politely using appropriate phrases that match the guest's level.
  • Attend all training courses provided by management.
  • Professionally guide guests to their reserved seats and manage the waiting areas when tables are not ready, using suitable phrases.
  • Greet guests upon arrival and departure using the appropriate phrases and politely mentioning the guest's name.
  • Politely confirm guest returns to the restaurant.
  • Ensure that work areas are kept tidy and clean.
  • Always greet guests with a smile in the workplace.
  • Assist service staff during busy periods, while keeping focused on the primary work area.
  • Prioritize helping children when necessary.
  • If a guest complaint arises, ensure it is reported to the direct supervisor promptly for resolution.
  • Contact the direct supervisor in case of any emergencies and notify them to take action.
  • Perform duties as required, ensuring guest needs are met quickly and effectively, according to established standards.
  • Ensure smooth operations and completion of tasks.
  • Foster relationships with employees, creating an atmosphere of trust and teamwork.

Basic Qualifications
 • High school diploma or equivalent.
 • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
 • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
 • Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
 • Friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor.
 • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Preferred Skills/Experience
 • Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus.
 • Knowledge of reservation software and basic restaurant operations.
 • Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to manage guest expectations effectively.
