Job Purpose To manage the procurement of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) materials and systems for villa construction projects, ensuring alignment with technical requirements, delivery schedules, and budget constraints.  Key Responsibilities Review MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs to extract accurate material and equipment requirements Coordinate with MEP design and site teams to prepare procurement strategies for HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems Issue detailed RFQs and analyze offers for compliance with technical and commercial requirements Prepare and evaluate technical submittals in coordination with design consultants and site engineers Negotiate terms with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure optimal pricing, warranties, and delivery commitments Monitor procurement schedules to prevent material delivery delays that may impact construction progress Liaise with quality, logistics, and warehouse teams to verify the condition, specifications, and readiness of received MEP materials Maintain thorough documentation of procurement activities, including approvals, samples, and performance records Track supplier performance and recommend actions for non-compliance or delays Support tendering efforts by providing accurate procurement input for new villa projects  Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Accuracy and timeliness of MEP material procurement Technical compliance of delivered systems Procurement cost savings and budget adherence Supplier performance and delivery reliability Quality of procurement documentation and approvals  Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering 5–10 years of experience in MEP procurement within residential or villa projects Solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical materials and systems Familiarity with procurement and ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle) Experience in coordinating with consultants, suppliers, and site operations  Skills & Competencies Strong technical background in MEP disciplines Excellent negotiation and communication skills Ability to read and interpret MEP technical documents and shop drawings High attention to detail and problem-solving skills Fluent in Arabic and English Ability to work independently and under pressure in fast-paced environments Seniority Level Associate Industry Building Construction Employment Type Full-time Job Functions EngineeringPurchasing Skills ProcurementMechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)ArabicTechni
