What You'll Be Doing
Good understanding of products, brands and categorization.
Key responsibility: Catalog content management, daily inventory updates, handling brand tasks, frequent communication with Clients to ensure their requirements are addressed, monitoring the KPIs, identify the root cause and fix
KPIs: OOS management, ensuring Availability & depth, Content Quality, New partner onboarding, ABV growth
Monitor & Reduce Out of Stock (OOS) by chain & store through root cause analysis & processes improvements
Proactively work with our Business Development team to improve chain & store level catalog KPIs and processes
Suggest & request technical catalog tool requirements for more effectively & efficiently
Follow & improve rules/processes that ensure efficiency and accuracy of the Catalog Operations
Work with the brand partnerships team to maximize availability, execute e-merchandising and campaign commitments
Onboard new partners quickly as per set processes & suggest any further onboarding process improvements
Follow SLAs & conventions for content quality accuracy & improvements
What You Should Already Have
3-5 years previous experience is a must
Ability to handle high pressure in a positive way
Quick learning & execution
Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
Strong work ethic and drive, high attention to detail, and desire for a high level of ownership
Strong command with tools of the trade (Eg: Excel expert, PPT, Google Drive)
Hunger to grow the business & yourself
Compensation
Fixed: US$ monthly
Incentives: US$ monthly (paid quarterly) upon achieving KPIs
