Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Site Engineer (Electrical) to join our engineering team in Amman, Jordan. This role is specifically designed for fresh graduates or professionals with 1–3 years of experience who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic engineering environment. The successful candidate will assist in the planning, execution, and supervision of electrical projects on-site, while receiving guidance and mentorship from senior engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior engineers in the planning and execution of electrical installation projects.
Monitor daily site activities to ensure adherence to project schedules and safety protocols.
Conduct site inspections and report on progress, issues, and safety concerns.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Prepare and maintain site documentation, including progress reports, inspection logs, and safety records.
Support in troubleshooting electrical issues during installation and commissioning phases.
Learn and apply compliance with local electrical codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
0–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply).
Basic knowledge of electrical systems, drawings, and safety procedures.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and handle physically demanding tasks.
