Job Summary: |
The Shift Leader is responsible for managing and overseeing fueling operations during their assigned shift, ensuring all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. This role involves supervising fueling personnel, coordinating tasks, and ensuring that fueling schedules are met without delays. The Shift Leader is also responsible for monitoring safety practices, conducting routine inspections, and ensuring that all fueling equipment is in good working order. Additionally, they serve as the point of contact for resolving operational issues, handling emergencies, and maintaining communication with the Operations Supervisor and other stakeholders. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: |
