Responsibilities and Duties
Supervise the sales team to ensure achievement of sales targets established for the Eastern Region.
Monitor and implement sales strategies related to food services in alignment with market demands and local operations.
Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports concerning team performance and sales results.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and satisfaction is achieved.
Train and guide sales staff to enhance their performance and improve communication and negotiation skills.
Participate in the planning and organizing of promotional activities and sales events.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards in all procedures related to sales operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, preferably within the food services sector.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team to meet business goals.
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Ability to analyze sales data and make decisions based on results.
Good knowledge of the working region and local market culture.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
