We are seeking an experienced and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our construction team for a villa project. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and ensuring the proper installation and execution of all mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, water supply, and fire-fighting systems. Key Responsibilities Review and coordinate mechanical drawings and specifications. Supervise installation of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems. Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to approved plans and quality standards. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and subcontractors. Conduct inspections and quality checks of mechanical works. Prepare progress reports and technical documentation. Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and safety standards. Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in building construction projects, preferably villas or residential developments. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and MEP systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Professional registration/certification is an advantage. Preferred Qualifications Experience working on high-end residential or luxury villa projects. Familiarity with local construction codes and standards. Experience in site supervision and contractor management.
