Perform all tests on finished goods, raw materials & packing materials.
Perform testing of (SASO) products and arrange samples according to the specified monthly reports.
Testing of Stability returned finish goods and Samples analysis for all company departments.
Internal calibration for specified machines, tools and equipment that are being used in QC laboratory.
Close the daily tests reports of final products and authorise to accept the batch tickets and report the result immediately to the production.
Arrange and organize retain samples and ensure compliance with constantly.
Participate in cost reduction activities (electricity - water - use of improvised - leftover samples - leftover packing).
Comply with the rules and safety instructions for working within laboratories. Commitment to general cleanliness of the workplace and the cleanliness of devices and equipment used in laboratories and maintained it.
Document of all lab activities and submitting regular reports.
Ensure that any change or modification in batch tickets must be signed as per the nature of case.
Executes activities related to his/her function in safe and environmental methods.
To perform any other duties assigned by his direct supervisor / manager.
