Control the staff, Machines & material handling in the section. 
Ensure safety and quality of staff, machinery, and product inside the plant.
Identify unsafe operations and practices and resolving them.
Evaluate current production activities, identify & analyse the bottle necks, and make recommendations for improvements.
Develop best practices to improve sectional 5S, production capacity, quality, efficiency, reliability, and waste reduction.  
The ability to resolve problems in an efficient manner.
Creating, updating, submitting, and maintaining the daily, weekly, and monthly sectional reports. 
Provide Job related trainings to the team (Supervisors & workers).
Performing MRP or ERP production (sectional) related transactions.
Responsible for production Inventory management.
Maintaining internal communication & coordination to resolve the issues (Technical / Mechanical).
Ensure the proper use & compliance of Personal Protective Equipment.
Execute activities related to his/her function in safe and environmental methods.
Perform any other job-related activities as directed by the line manager
