Purpose
The Services Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of service orders between third-party contractors and customers. This role ensures that installation and service requests are assigned efficiently, monitored through completion, and closed within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The coordinator acts as the central point of communication, ensuring smooth coordination, timely updates, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities 
Receive, assign, and track service orders to third-party service providers or in-house teams.
Communicate with customers to schedule service visits, confirm appointments, and provide updates on order progress.
Ensure all service activities are completed and closed within SLA timelines.
Monitor and follow up on open orders until successful closure.
Maintain accurate records of service orders, escalations, and closure reports in the system/CRM.
Act as the liaison between clients, customers, and third-party contractors to resolve scheduling or operational conflicts.
Escalate delays, non-compliance, or quality issues to the Service Manager for immediate resolution.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on order assignment, progress, SLA adherence, and closure rates.
Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce delays in service delivery.

Requirements 
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 
1 –3 years of experience in service coordination, scheduling, or customer support (preferably in HVAC, furniture, or service industries).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of CRM systems, order management tools, or service tracking software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict SLA deadlines.
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
