Nova Call Center is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR). The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth through outbound sales efforts, identifying potential clients, and contributing to the success of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Research and identify target companies and key decision-makers based on an Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead data in CRM systems.
  • Engage with prospects to qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Develop and execute an effective outbound sales strategy to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Utilize modern tools for lead generation (Lusha, Apollo, Clay, etc.) to enhance outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
  • Track sales performance and meet monthly lead generation targets.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of sales experience or demonstrated potential in outbound sales.
  • Proven ability to identify and engage with key decision-makers.
  • Very good to excellent English communication skills (C1 level).
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and lead-generation tools.
  • Knowledge of SaaS or tech sales is a plus.
  • Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
