Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Location: Riyadh

Reports to: IT Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to provide first-line support for end-users, manage Office 365 services, and maintain network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware/software issues, supporting users, and ensuring smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Manage and support Office 365 applications including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).
  • Maintain and monitor IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Document support requests, resolutions, and maintain accurate records in the ticketing system.
  • Assist in onboarding/offboarding users including account setup and access provisioning.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to implement system upgrades and improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support, networking, and Office 365 administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and Office 365.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
