JOB PURPOSE /SUMMARY
The Digital Communications Specialist’s main role is to oversee the KKF's online presence, manage digital channels, and implement effective digital marketing campaigns. he /she works closely with the Communications Supervisor and programs team to enhance the KKF's visibility and promote its mission through various digital platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and update the organization’s website and optimize content for search engines (SEO).
- Manage the organization’s social media channels, including content creation, publishing, and audience engagement.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to raise awareness and support organizational initiatives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on digital and social media performance and provide data-driven insights.
- Develop and implement periodic digital content and publishing plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce impactful digital content.
- Stay up to date with digital communication trends and propose innovative engagement approaches.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on digital communication practices.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in communication, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations or any related field.
EXPERIENCE
2-3 years of experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.
