Job Purpose
The Site Civil Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of civil works on-site, ensuring that construction is carried out according to the approved designs, quality standards, and safety regulations while monitoring daily progress and resource efficiency.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Direct and supervise site laborers and subcontractors in executing civil and structural works.
 Read and implement engineering blueprints, shop drawings, and technical instructions. 
Monitor daily construction progress and ensure tasks are completed within the assigned timeframe.
 Inspect materials delivered to the site to ensure they match the approved technical submittals.
 Coordinate with the QA/QC team to conduct site inspections and resolve any non-compliance issues.
 Prepare daily site reports and maintain accurate records of work progress and material consumption. 
Ensure that all safety protocols and HSE regulations are strictly followed by the site workforce.
 Assist in the measurement and calculation of completed quantities for progress claims.

Experience
3-6 years of experience in civil site engineering and construction.

Working Conditions
Full-time site presence, exposure to construction environments and weather. 
Requires physical stamina for moving across construction sites and heights. 
Daily interaction with a diverse workforce and subcontractors.
